About Emmesys
Emmesys Rüegsegger is a Swiss company specialising in industrial automation, based in Oberdiessbach. The seven-member team develops PLC software according to IEC 61131-3 (mainly Structured Text), HMI solutions with HTML5 and drive applications, as well as electrical engineering with WSCAD according to IEC 81346. In addition, Emmesys creates database and cloud connections, technical documentation, risk assessments and conformity assessments in accordance with the Machinery Regulation (MV) and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). Programs are tested virtually using a digital twin (SIMIT); a FieldTech service handles repairs, troubleshooting, maintenance of inverters as well as dismantling and assembly of systems. Own products are a mobile tempering unit (tank sizes 35/45 litres, +5 °C to +90 °C, trolleys predominantly made of Inox) and a modular climate-weather-environment station with redundant sensors. Together with AA-Protun AG, Emmesys also realises handling systems, special machinery and systems for the recycling and processing industry as well as for quarrying and aggregates. Further focal points lie in water management (stormwater retention basins, wastewater pumping stations, booster pump stations).
