About Emplica
Emplica AG is a family-owned company with roots in concrete formwork since 1976 and offers a system for repairing concrete formwork panels. The product range includes cylinder-head cutters (DB 40, DB 60, DB TRX), a milling template and repair plugs (Plicafix) in various sizes. The application follows the principle: mill out the damaged area, insert the plug, glue it in – the repair usually takes only a few seconds. The repair patches are made from Finnish birch plywood; for formwork panels made of polypropylene plastic, specially matched tools and adhesives are available. Production takes place in Germany (Singen, Augsburg) and Switzerland; in addition, Emplica maintains its own research workshop for material testing and product development as well as a worldwide network of representatives. The materials used are FSC-certified.
