About emsmetall

emsmetall GmbH & Co. KG is a medium-sized metal processing company in Emsbüren in the Emsland region. Having evolved from a former forge, the company today manufactures welded assemblies and complex assembled components made of steel, fine-grain and strip steels, stainless steel and aluminium – from thin sheet to heavy plate. The core competencies include manual and robot-assisted welding using various processes, the balancing of rotating parts on horizontal and vertical balancing machines, as well as pre-assembly and final assembly including electrical and hydraulic components. In addition, emsmetall handles the execution of machining processes (machining, laser cutting, bending) as well as coatings such as e-coating (KTL), powder coating, galvanizing, electroplating and wet painting. Customers come primarily from the mining, construction and agricultural machinery sectors. The company produces on the basis of customer drawings and manages projects as a full service from design through to delivery.
