About EMSO
EMSO Electrical Mechanical Solutions GmbH in Rattelsdorf near Bamberg has been a subsidiary of IFSYS GmbH from Großbardorf and part of the JOPP group of companies since 2016. The company develops and manufactures special machinery as well as assembly and test systems – from manual workstations through to fully automatic systems – including CE-compliant concept development, machine design, control cabinet construction and assembly through to final acceptance at the customer's plant. In addition, EMSO offers single-part production as well as small and large series in steel, stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, brass and technical plastics such as POM and PEEK. The manufacturing range includes 5-axis and 3-axis milling, turning, surface grinding, 3D printing and various surface treatments such as anodising, electropolishing, tumble deburring, sandblasting and laser marking. Mechanical and electromechanical sub-assembly assembly as well as industrial on-site assembly at the customer round off the service portfolio. Customers come in particular from the semiconductor industry, the space and high-tech sector, and automation and control technology.
