EMSsourcing e.K. is an electronics service provider based in Düsseldorf, specialising in cable assembly, test equipment construction and the assembly of electronic devices and systems. In cable assembly, the company manufactures custom cable harnesses and power cords from stranded wires, sheathed cables, coaxial and flat ribbon cables – from special solutions and prototypes to small series and high volumes with fully automatic crimping machines. In test equipment construction, simple and complex electronic test equipment such as function test devices, programming and bed-of-nails adapters are built, starting with support in the development phase through prototype construction to series production. In electrotechnical device building, the company takes on cabling and assembly of electronic modules and systems as a contract service, if desired along the entire value chain including external PCB assembly at the Wloclawek site in Poland. The service spectrum includes designing, sourcing, manufacturing, testing, documenting and packaging. A quality management system according to DIN ISO 9001:2015 is audited and certified by TÜV Rheinland.
