Emstec Steuerungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG, based in Salzbergen, plans and manufactures control and switchgear systems, electrical distribution boards and low-voltage main distribution boards in accordance with current DIN, VDE and EMC guidelines. The range of services includes control cabinet construction from a simple terminal box to customised low-voltage main distribution boards, mechanical enclosure machining in sheet steel, stainless steel, aluminium and plastic on a machine fleet from Rittal, and electrical engineering design with Eplan P8 and Eplan Pro Panel 3D. In addition, the company carries out fitting work such as mounting rails, wiring ducts and the machining of busbars. Every control cabinet manufactured is tested after production for function and compliance with the required standard and specification. Customers come predominantly from plant and mechanical engineering. On an 800 m² production area, a new facility is currently also being built at the Salzbergen site to expand production and service capacities, co-financed by ESF+/ERDF.
