emulvent® is a start-up founded in 2026 in Haiger by Björn Moos and Thilo Schäfer, operated as a brand by the sole proprietorship Pro CAD Moos. The company develops and distributes coolant aeration systems for coolants in machining processes. The patent-pending airlift reactor technology (DPMA, filed 23.07.2026) aerates and circulates emulsions purely physically, without moving parts in the coolant – this reduces odor formation, biocide use and disposal costs and extends emulsion service life. The product range includes the SE400 (200–400 l), PRO600 (400–600 l), ECS900 (600–900 l) and ECS1600 (900–1,600 l) series as well as custom-designed large systems over 1,600 l, also as compressed-air or deep-tank versions.
