About emwerk
emwerk GmbH was founded in May 2015 as a spin-off of the dental investment materials business unit of DeguDent GmbH (formerly Degussa Dental, DentsplySirona) and took over the headquarters and production plant in Bohmte along with the know-how and technologies. The company develops and produces phosphate-bonded and gypsum-bonded investment materials for dental and model casting technology as well as press ceramic and 3D investment materials. In the area of contract blending, powders are mixed according to customer formulations from laboratory mixing (1–20 kg) via the pilot plant (20–400 kg) up to series production (400–5,000 kg). With EMVest XL, emwerk offers a phosphate-bonded moulding material for vacuum pressure casting of steel up to 25 kg per flask, developed in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute Bremen. Filling, packaging/confectioning (sack bags, drum, big bag), packing and shipping take place at its own plant; every product is tested in the in-house laboratory.

Lithium disilicate (LS2) press ceramic investment material
