About Endless Industries
Endless Industries develops and markets automated manufacturing systems for the production of composite parts made of endless carbon fiber (Continuous Fiber). The deep-tech startup offers, in addition to the Endless ONE and Multitool systems, its own Endless-Fiber materials, patented process head design, and the software Akio for designing the fiber path. As a contract manufacturing service, series of up to 100 parts per month are produced, with part sizes of up to 400 × 600 × 440 mm (ONE) or 357 × 357 × 360 mm (Multitool). A Feasibility Check for a fixed price of €900 examines the suitability of a part within 2–3 weeks based on CAD analysis, fiber layout, and a sample part. Measured tensile strength of pure carbon parts is 750 MPa with an E-modulus of 60 GPa (DIN EN ISO 527-4). Target industries are orthopedic technology, security and defense technology (Resilience), and aerospace.

Materials and Processes
Endless carbon fiber (Continuous Carbon Fiber)
Main material for highly loaded, lightweight composite parts with a defined fiber path.
Pure Carbon
Part made entirely of endless fiber without base material, tested with 750 MPa tensile strength (DIN EN ISO 527-4).
Base material (Polymer)
Encases and binds the fibers, ensuring clean part surfaces.
Automated endless-fiber composite manufacturing
Automated process with patented process heads, up to 90% lower labor and 95% lower machine costs compared to comparable processes according to the manufacturer.
