About ENDRESS
Endress Holzfeuerungsanlagen GmbH, headquartered in Burgbernheim in Middle Franconia, develops, manufactures and distributes automatic wood firing systems for trade and industry. The portfolio includes underfeed stoker furnaces (USF) with capacities from 100 to 1100 kW as well as moving grate furnaces (VR) from 100 to 900 kW for dry and moist wood fuels such as wood chips, shavings, sawdust, pellets, bark and forest residue wood. The systems are complemented by specially developed fine dust filters (RGF), SNCR technology for nitrogen oxide reduction, conveying technology for fuel discharge and feeding, heating circuit controls for up to 30 heating circuits as well as energy data acquisition. The systems are individually adapted to annual heat demand, accumulated residual wood and spatial conditions and deliver building heat and process heat, among others, for the wood and furniture industry, timber construction, joineries, nurseries, wood packaging manufacturers as well as municipalities and agriculture. Distribution extends beyond Germany's borders.

Fuels & Processes
Underfeed stoker furnace
For dry fuels such as wood chips, wood briquettes, pellets, sawdust, sanding dust and shavings including fuel classes 4–7.
Moving grate furnace
Universal solution for moist fuels with 30 % water content and above, such as root wood, bark, shrub cuttings, fresh wood chips and forest residue wood.
Fine dust filter (fabric bag filter)
Separation efficiency of 99 %, permanently keeps emissions below the limit value of 0.02 g/m³ in accordance with the 1st BImSchV.
SNCR process
Selective non-catalytic flue gas denitrification with urea solution for nitrogen oxide reduction in accordance with the 44th BImSchV.
Conveying technology
Automatic fuel discharge, transport and feeding with screw conveyors, moving floors and agitators.
Heating circuit control
Tailor-made control technology with control of up to 30 heating circuits.
