About Enerproject
Enerproject SA, based in Mezzovico-Vira in Ticino, is a Swiss engineering company founded in 1995 with a focus on gas compressor packages, refrigeration and cryogenic technology, and gas conditioning stations. The company develops and manufactures compressor skids, including engineering & design of engines, valves, enclosures, coolers, skids, pressure vessels, piping and compressors, each tailored to customer specifications and climatic conditions. Its own in-house test bench is used for acceptance testing of the manufactured compressor skids; in addition, after-sales services such as maintenance, on-site and remote troubleshooting, spare parts, overhauls, retrofits, training and installation are offered. Documented reference projects include six oil-injected screw compressor packages for helium cooling systems at the CERN Large Hadron Collider, an ammonia compression unit for a CO2 liquefaction plant in the South Pacific, and three compression units for methane, ethylene and propylene in the Cryogenic Carbon Capture (CCC) process. Since 2013, Enerproject has been part of the SAMAPI Group together with VPT Kompressoren (Germany). Customers come from power generation, oil & gas, chemicals, petrochemicals, refrigeration/cryogenics, renewable energies, district heating, pharmaceuticals, cement, and iron and steel; delivery worldwide via a network of branches and agents.
