ENGEL Präzisionsprofile GmbH
Neustetten (Baden-Württemberg)New on Amplifa
Family-owned precision profile company since 1989
ENGEL Präzisionsprofile GmbH is a Swabian family-owned company based in Neustetten (Stuttgart region, Baden-Württemberg) that has been manufacturing custom precision metal profiles since 1989. At its core is the cold roll forming of delicate to medium-sized special profiles with tight tolerances from steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, spring steel and other non-ferrous metals. The range of processes includes pre-stamping, stamping, piercing, notching, embossing, clinching, spot welding, press-fitting of foreign parts such as press-in nuts, straightening, sawing to fixed lengths up to 13,000 mm, deburring, and the assembly of subassemblies. Contract roll forming with customer-supplied raw material and various raw material finishes (bare, painted, galvanized, anodized, brushed, etc.) are also offered. Customers include industries such as electrical and assembly industry, automotive and construction industry, HVAC technology, furniture industry, special machinery construction, storage and racking technology, telecommunications and aviation — in part as an A-tier supplier to Daimler and BMW. Production follows the company's own zero-defect strategy based on the ENGEL Productivity System (EPS), just in time and KANBAN, in individual cases within 24 hours.
