Engelhardt & Trunzer GmbH Industrietechnik, based in Ditzingen, specializes in the manufacture and distribution of industrial components made of plastics and metals. Its portfolio of services includes high-quality precision turned and milled parts as well as accessory products for general mechanical and plant engineering, which the company procures and supplies. The manufactured parts are assembled into complete mechanical subassemblies; the company also handles material purchasing and further tasks. Its own original product is the mechanical smoke meter made of aluminum or plastic, which has been continuously refined since the company's founding and is offered in TÜV-tested variants. In addition, mobile and stationary extraction systems for permanent use in professional applications are built or modified according to customer requirements. The company works from prototype and individual parts through to series production and supports customers especially with procurement when there is not enough time internally for material purchasing.
