About Englert Robotics

Englert Robotics GmbH was founded in 2021 in Wertheim (Baden-Württemberg) and develops, designs and manufactures highly dynamic delta robots for industrial handling and sorting tasks. Based on a modular building-block system, the portfolio comprises 48 variants that can be individually combined in terms of material, size, housing design (IP65 or IP69x), payload and optional rotational axis. The robots are compatible with the control systems of all manufacturers and designed for high-speed processes. The manufacturing of individual parts is largely, and assembly entirely, carried out in-house, supported by more than 40 years of experience of the parent company Englert GmbH & Co. KG in machining and assembly manufacturing. Fields of application range from the food and pharmaceutical industries to medical technology, electronics manufacturing and special machinery construction, as well as the recyclables and recycling industry and logistics. Sales are handled through international sales partners in several European countries.

Materials and Building-Block System

V2A

Stainless steel

For applications with high hygienic requirements and frequent cleaning processes (IP65, optionally IP69).

Al

Aluminum

Together with carbon, a cost-optimized variant with lower moving mass, higher dynamics and reduced moment of inertia.

CFK

Carbon

Reduces, in combination with aluminum, the moving mass for higher dynamics in sorting and handling tasks.
