Ennex Solutions GmbH is a medium-sized, owner-managed engineering and project services provider and manufacturer of machinery and plants for the waste and recycling industry as well as for bulk materials, located in Oschersleben, Saxony-Anhalt, near Magdeburg. The focus of the product range is on turnkey waste processing and sorting plants, which are engineered, designed and manufactured at the site. The portfolio comprises individual units for feeding and dosing technology, shredding technology, separation and mixing technology and conveying technology, semi-mobile plant technology, steel construction, electrical, measurement, control and instrumentation (EMSR) technology with PLC controls, as well as sorting cabins. In its own contract manufacturing, sheets up to 50 mm thick are cut by plasma and oxy-fuel cutting, CNC-folded, rolled, turned and welded. Subsequently, assemblies are assembled, erected on site at the customer, equipped electrically and commissioned; an in-house customer service team with a spare parts warehouse supports the plants throughout their service life. The plants are used for sorting commercial waste, bulky waste, PPK (paper, cardboard and packaging), lightweight packaging and plastic bottles, as well as for the production of EBS (refuse-derived fuel), slag processing and MBA (mechanical-biological treatment) processing. Around 55 employees work at the Oschersleben site; reference plants have been built throughout Europe.
