About Ennstal Milch
Ennstal Milch KG was founded in 1902 as the Landgenossenschaft Ennstal agricultural cooperative and is today a subsidiary of the holding company of the Landgenossenschaft Ennstal with around 1,700–1,800 farmer members. The company, with approximately 300 employees, produces at two sites in the Styrian Ennstal: the dairy and Camembert cheesery are located in Stainach-Pürgg, and the blue-mould cheesery in Gröbming. The product range includes dairy products, beverages (juices, smoothies, cocktails, plant-based drinks based on oat, soy, almond, coconut and pea), desserts, spreads and soft cheese ranging from Camembert via red-culture to blue and double-c mould cheese. In addition to own-brand production (Ennstaler Weichkäse, Landessa), the company acts as a co-manufacturer for national and international companies, including product development tailored to customer requirements. The technological core comprises fully aseptic CartoCan® and glass filling lines as well as filling into to-go cups and PET; almost all products are also available in organic quality.
