About EnSa Pulverbeschichtung
EnSa Pulverbeschichtung has been active in the field of powder coating since 2006. The company electrostatically coats components and cures the coating in a chamber oven at approx. 180–200 °C. Before coating, thorough pretreatment is carried out by roughening the surface as well as chemical processes such as pickling, degreasing/phosphating, DI rinsing and passivation. Among others, the epoxy powder Black Edge Prime is used as a primer, which offers excellent edge coverage up to corrosion protection class C4 and serves as a cost-effective alternative to KTL (e-coat) coating. Possible component dimensions are 6000 x 1900 x 1700 mm at a weight of up to 180 kg. Customers come from the retail fixture, laboratory construction, mechanical engineering and façade construction sectors. After cooling, the components are inspected and packaged damage-proof.
