ENTEC Kälte- Klima- und wärmetechnische Anlagen GmbH was founded in 1979 and is a family-run specialist company for refrigeration, air conditioning, air and heating technology based in Kassel. The eleven-member team of certified refrigeration system master technicians, refrigeration fitters and master electricians plans, installs, maintains and optimizes custom systems for industry, commerce and households. The service portfolio includes tailor-made refrigeration and air conditioning systems, heat pumps for commercial and private applications, F-gas consulting with refrigerant conversion, and a 24/7 emergency service. In addition, ENTEC offers rental refrigeration: cascadable chilled water units from approx. 20 kW (own inventory plus MELRent systems from Mitsubishi Electric), mobile and permanently installed rental air conditioning units, as well as refrigerated and deep-freeze trailers for –20 °C to +7 °C. A dedicated service area is the cleaning of textile air ducts for ventilation and air conditioning systems, including disassembly, transport, washing process, inspection and reassembly; the washing system is partly operated with electricity from the company's own photovoltaic system.
