The company designs and manufactures custom deburring tools whose cutting edges are flexibly mounted and whose cutting force is controlled by pressure (coolant or compressed air). The tools deburr bore entrances and exits, cross-bores, stepped bores, slots, grooves and elongated holes in a single operation; multi-edge tools machine several intersections simultaneously. Cross-bores from approx. 1.2 mm diameter can be machined, main-bore tools from 2 mm diameter. They are used in machining centers, turning and milling machines, deburring stations or robot-guided in deburring cells. Typical materials are steel, cast iron, aluminium and brass; typical components are shafts with oil holes, machine and motor housings, bearings and parts for hydraulic and pneumatic systems. In addition to standard tools, special solutions such as combined internal/external deburring tools for slotted tube ends and tools without pressure control with elastomer cores (dry machining) are offered. The company supports customers from analysis and consulting through design and manufacturing to introduction and parameter tuning. The location is Goslar in Lower Saxony; the tools are in use worldwide.
