Device development and production from a single source
Entwicklung + Produktion HV Plückhahn UG is a specialized device manufacturer with more than ten years of experience in the development and production of mechatronic devices. The company offers integrated development services from a single source: 3D design, electronics development, simulations (FEM, CFD), Moldflow and warpage analyses for plastic injection molding, reverse engineering, prototype building including 3D printing, as well as technical documentation and zero-series support through to production transfer. Production covers EMS devices, cosmetic apparatus devices, tattoo systems and smart textile electrode systems such as EMS suits and cosmetic electrode textiles — as OEM or white-label products, up to complete sets consisting of box, textile and wiring harness. Alongside its own house brands (Synaps C, MAXSPEED, Vpulse), smaller and medium series are manufactured for third-party brand distribution. The main sales markets are cosmetic apparatus, the fitness market and medical research.
