About Envanio
Envanio Germany GmbH, which emerged from the environmental technology division of Dürr founded in 1968 in Bietigheim-Bissingen, develops and manufactures turnkey systems for industrial exhaust air purification and heat recovery. The portfolio includes regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTO), electrically heated RTOs (eRTO), catalytic hot gas filtration with ceramic filter elements, activated carbon adsorption with solvent recovery, VOC concentrators, as well as pyrolysis and ORC technology for CO2-free power generation from waste heat. Under the Envanio Universal brand (formerly Universal Silencer, founded 1959), industrial silencers, filters as well as inlet and outlet systems for gas turbines are also produced. At the headquarters in Bietigheim-Bissingen and in Goldkronach (LTB), systems are planned, manufactured, installed and serviced throughout their entire life cycle. The company employs more than 1,300 people worldwide at 16 sites in 12 countries and most recently generated annual revenue of over 400 million EUR. RTO systems achieve a purification efficiency of over 99.8%. Customer industries include chemicals, pharmaceuticals, automotive, surface technology, food and animal feed, metallurgy, building materials, glass, wood-based materials, semiconductors and power generation.

Processes & Technologies
Regenerative thermal oxidation
Energy-saving oxidation of VOC and HAP with ceramic heat exchangers, purification efficiency over 99.8%.
Electrically heated RTO
Avoids combustion-related by-products and significantly reduces NOx emissions.
Catalytic hot gas filtration (3-in-1)
Removes dust, heavy metals, SOx and NOx simultaneously in a compact system with ceramic filter elements.
Activated carbon adsorption
Physical adsorption of VOC/HAP with optional solvent recovery.
Rotor VOC concentrators
Concentrates high-volume, low-solvent exhaust air streams prior to thermal oxidation and reduces energy requirements.
Mercury removal
Adsorption stages with activated carbon or lignite coke against heavy metals in hot gases.
Organic Rankine Cycle
Conversion of industrial waste heat into CO2-free electricity.
Pyrolysis technology
Conversion of production waste into fuel gas (LTB origin).
Industrial silencers
Engine, blower, absorption and vacuum pump silencers for machinery and turbines.
Gas turbine inlet/outlet systems
Design, manufacturing, retrofit and service for air inlet and exhaust systems.
