About enviplan
enviplan is an engineering office and plant engineering company based in Lichtenau (Herbram-Wald) in East Westphalia, specialising in wastewater engineering. Founded in 1988, the company develops and manufactures systems for primary clarification, sludge thickening and tertiary treatment based on patented microflotation (AQUATECTOR Microfloat), which remove up to 99 percent of suspended solids, TSS, FOG and colloids and require up to 15 times less space than conventional separation technology. The service portfolio includes engineering services and pilot testing, plant construction including installation, commissioning, trial operation and acceptance, rental systems, as well as service, maintenance with remote monitoring (enviComKit) and operation management/contracting. With the PeliCon process, enviplan also eliminates phosphorus and nutrients for water body restoration. More than 380 reference systems and projects in 50 countries demonstrate practical relevance; customers include Bayer AG, the German Navy, cruise ships such as EUROPA 2 and Emerald Princess, as well as municipal wastewater treatment plants in Kuwait and Bahrain.

Processes & Technologies
AQUATECTOR Microfloat microflotation
Patented physical separation technology with 30-µm microbubbles for the removal of TSS, FOG and colloids in primary, tertiary and sludge treatment.
iFloat injector and pressure relief valves
Automatic, self-cleaning valves that enable maintenance-free microflotation.
PeliCon process
Eliminates phosphorus and nutrients as the main cause of eutrophic water bodies; usable mobile or stationary.
enviComKit remote monitoring
Data-protection-compliant system for remote plant monitoring and fault correction.
