About ENVIRAL®
ENVIRAL® Oberflächenveredelung GmbH is a powder coater with production sites in Niemegk near Berlin (DE) and Pöttelsdorf near Vienna (AT). The company coats components made of aluminium, steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminium castings – from small parts to large parts weighing up to 4 tonnes with dimensions up to 17.5 × 1.0 × 2.0 m (AT) or 13.6 × 2.5 × 4.0 m (DE). Pretreatment is carried out wet-chemically (chromium-free for aluminium, iron phosphating for steel) or mechanically by shot blasting, sweep blasting and fine blasting with iron-free normal corundum or glass beads. Core services are single-part, series and large-part coating, corrosion protection up to C5 long per DIN EN ISO 12944 with the self-healing SmartCorr® technology, as well as powder coating for hydraulic steel structures with BAW approval per Im1. The range is complemented by machine pipe grinding, fine puttying, in-house assembly, sheet metal sales from stock, raw material warehousing, wrapping and a nationwide transport service. Customers come from architecture and facade construction, railway technology, mechanical engineering, plant engineering, hydraulic steel structures and healthcare; languages are German and English.

Acid pickle, demineralized water rinse and chromium-free pretreatment for bright-milled aluminium up to 2 t.
Large-part powder coating after sweep/fine blasting
For aluminium up to 17.5 m in length and 3 t with baking primer as a replacement for chromating.
Powder coating of steel after blasting with baking primer
For steel up to 3 t, corrosion protection up to categories C3 to C5 long.
Self-healing corrosion protection coating
Nanocapsules release corrosion inhibitors when damaged; based on licensed Max Planck fundamental research.
Powder coating for hydraulic steel structures
Since March 2024 with BAW approval per Im1 for hydraulic steel structures with SmartCorr® corrosion protection.
