ENVIRIA Energy Holding GmbH was founded in 2017 in Frankfurt am Main and, as a 360° service provider for decentralised energy solutions, specialises in large-scale photovoltaic projects for commercial and industrial customers. The company covers the entire solar value chain: financing, planning, installation, operation, monitoring and maintenance – from the PV system on the company roof to battery storage (BESS) and charging infrastructure for e-mobility, as well as energy management systems, green electricity, CPPAs and tenant electricity concepts. Flexible business models such as roof leasing, solar leasing (Energy-as-a-Service), system purchase, joint venture and sale & lease back enable the switch even without upfront investment. The portfolio is complemented by solar carports, green roof solutions, roof renovation, heat pumps and ground-mounted solar systems. By 2024/2025, ENVIRIA has implemented over 500 projects with more than 100 MWp of installed capacity and invested more than €95 million in projects; customers come from the real estate sector, industry, retail, healthcare, municipalities and energy supply.
