EnviroChemie GmbH, headquartered in Roßdorf near Darmstadt, is an internationally active plant manufacturer and service provider for industrial water treatment, wastewater treatment and water recycling. Founded in 1976, the company plans, designs and implements standard, compact and customised plants and takes over their operation, maintenance and optimisation. The process portfolio includes aerobic and anaerobic biological processes (including Biomar with biogas recovery), physico-chemical treatment, membrane processes, flotation, ion exchange, filtration, oxidation processes and the treatment of specialised water streams such as PFAS-containing wastewater or condensate from evaporation. In addition, the company produces water chemicals and offers digital services such as the WaterExpert platform. EnviroChemie is the parent company of the EnviroWater Group, employs more than 1,600 staff at 16 locations and supplies customers in more than 60 countries, including from the automotive, pharmaceutical, dairy, mining and chemical industries.
