About EOZ
EOZ is a French manufacturer of human-machine interfaces (HMI) based in Limoges-Fourches near Paris. The company is the heir to the Secme brand founded in 1932 and was re-founded in 2010 through the acquisition of the majority of SECME's assets; in 2022 the company Heito, specialised in bimetal thermostats, was added. EOZ develops and manufactures custom HMI solutions, including industrial keyboards (M-, S-, A- and ECO series), vandal-proof pushbuttons (R- and FL series), DJET switches with contacts in silver, gold-plated or solid gold, as well as electronic components (1K2, Interdil, Autodil, Dileco, Dilpiano) and bimetal thermostats. Materials used include stainless steel, Zamak, chrome-plated zinc, polycarbonate and silicone; many products achieve IP67 or IK10 protection ratings. All products are designed, developed and manufactured in France. Value-adding manufacturing steps include laser engraving, DJET assembly, component assembly, tinning (Beharzung), SMD assembly (CMS) and pneumatic pressing. Customer industries include aerospace, defence, rail, medical technology, transport, industry, IT, telecommunications, security and motorsport.
