About EPC Engineering & Technologies
EPC Engineering & Technologies GmbH is an internationally active technology provider within the EPC Group, headquartered in Arnstadt (Thuringia). The company specializes in licensing its own process technologies as well as planning and implementing infrastructure projects and industrial plants. Its core business areas are chemicals and pharmaceuticals, polymers and fibers, polymer recycling, biotechnology and renewable energies. EPC offers functional turnkey projects from a single source – from process development and the engineering package with patented main equipment through to installation, commissioning and after-sales service. References include polycarbonate polycondensation plants (variPLANT®), PET plant revamps, multifunctional acrylate production lines and plants for processing starch-based raw materials. The EPC Group employs more than 180 staff at seven locations in Germany and has realized more than 1,000 projects in over 40 countries. The backbone of the group is an engineering tradition of the Henkel family spanning more than 150 years.
