About EPT
EPT - Environmental Protection Technology for Storage Tanks GmbH is an independent product developer and manufacturer of systems for emission reduction at tank farms and refineries. Its core product is GRP floating roofs, whose production is being converted, as part of a funded project, from direct manufacturing in or next to the tank to factory prefabrication of individual segments followed by installation inside the tank. The service portfolio covers the entire value chain from research & development, design, manufacturing and installation – from the initial permitting documents to turnkey installation and as-built documentation. In addition, the company offers detailed tank and roof inspections, the modernization and refurbishment of floating roof seals, and emission calculations according to recognized standards such as API, VDI and TNO, including for TA Luft compliance demonstrations. Engineering is performed using current 2D and 3D CAD software including calculation and simulation of load cases. The technical, administrative and production headquarters is located in Schwedt/Oder on the site of PCK Raffinerie GmbH (Building H122).
