About Equiptop Vertriebs-GmbH
Equiptop Vertriebs-GmbH, based in Villingen-Schwenningen, has been the exclusive distributor of Equiptop (FFG) machines in Germany for almost 20 years and is also the exclusive distributor of Jainnher cylindrical grinding machines on the German market. The portfolio includes surface grinding machines in all dimensions – from manual workshop machines with hydraulic longitudinal feed through hydraulic and servo-driven versions with automatic table or wheel head dressing with compensation to CNC surface grinding machines – as well as machining centers, lathes, conventional and CNC cylindrical grinding machines including CNC twin-spindle cylindrical grinding machines, internal grinding machines and centerless cylindrical grinding machines. The offering is complemented by tool grinding machines for twist drills, milling cutters and burins. The machines are supplied predominantly with full enclosure, produced to DEKRA specifications and delivered with CE and RoHS declarations of conformity. In addition to new machine sales, the GmbH offers customer service (by its own staff or the manufacturer) and original spare parts. CNC twin-spindle cylindrical grinding
Precision grinding of internal and external diameters in one setup, 2 to 5 controlled axes, working head swivel ±15° for taper grinding, accuracies in the range of 0.001 mm.
Tool grinding
Grinding of twist drills 2–13 mm and 13–26 mm as well as burins, milling cutters and twist drills 3–21 mm; CBN wheels for HSS, diamond wheels for carbide optional.
