About ER&GE
ER&GE GmbH is a medium-sized manufacturer of custom extruded plastic semi-finished products made from polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE), based in the Paderborn industrial area of Mönkeloh. The product range includes sheets and roll goods in thicknesses from 0.5 to 12 mm and widths from 200 to 1,600 mm, including two- and three-layer coextruded composites as well as bi- and trilaminates with textile substrates. In addition, plastic interlayers are offered as hygienic reusable transport packaging – primarily for the container glass and can industry – along with further processing into finished products. Production takes place entirely in-house: from size reduction, reprocessing and compounding of raw materials, through extrusion on three lines, to finishing by printing, die cutting, corona treatment, coating and laminating. Customers come from industries such as packaging, container glass, kitchen and furniture manufacturers, shipbuilding, chemical apparatus engineering, electronics and promotional goods. Sales markets are primarily in Germany and Europe; an English subsidiary in Leeds handles sales and warehousing for the UK market.
