About ER-System
ER-System Mechatronic GmbH was founded in 2007 by Elias Russegger in Scheffau am Tennengebirge and is now based in Golling an der Salzach. The company develops and manufactures components for gas engines, including the self-developed pre-chamber gas valve and a high-performance spark plug for gas engines in the 0.2–10 MW power range, as well as infrared heaters (ERS Heatscreen). Manufacturing includes CNC turning, conventional turning and milling, CNC laser welding, laser structuring and laser engraving, plasma coating of ceramic and metal layers, and electrochemical deburring (ECM). In addition, CAD design, magnetic field simulation and prototype construction are offered. Research and development are carried out in-house; the laboratory equipment serves quality assurance. The products are aimed at manufacturers and operators of gas engines as well as the heating technology sector and are distributed internationally.
