About us
Based in Sprockhövel, Erbö GmbH has specialised for over 80 years in the manufacture of conveyor belt components for belt conveyor systems above and below ground. The product range includes drums and idler rollers for belt widths up to 2,000 mm, belt conveyor frames to DIN and company standards as well as system installations such as drive, return and transfer stations and idler roller stations. In addition, welded parts up to 3,200 mm in length and 500 kg in unit weight are produced using MIG/MAG and pulse welding, and the portfolio also includes roller manufacture, metalworking (Schlosserarbeiten) and CNC machining of drums. In its own rubber lagging workshop, drums up to 2,400 mm in length are coated with rubber and rubber/ceramic linings, including as remoulding of used drums as part of refurbishment and repair work. Design and calculation with CAD, simulation and product optimisation are also part of the service offering. The products serve the transport of bulk materials such as coal, ores, building materials and foodstuffs and are used, among other things, in the European hard coal industry, the iron and steel industry, port facilities and tunnel projects worldwide. Production takes place in Germany in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
