About ERCOSPLAN
ERCOSPLAN is an engineering services group based in Erfurt specializing in the mineral salt industry. The company accompanies potash and rock salt projects from geological deposit exploration and evaluation through underground mining or solution mining extraction to beneficiation and refining, including the planning and optimization of the associated processing plants in process, machinery and plant engineering as well as electrical and process control engineering. Further focal points are mine backfill, the disposal of hazardous waste, the final disposal of radioactive waste in saliferous host rock with long-term safety proofs, as well as mine closure, reuse and recultivation of mines. Services range from early cost studies through feasibility and bankable feasibility studies in accordance with NI 43-101 or JORC Code to basic and detail engineering, permitting management, construction and erection supervision and owners engineering. The group consists of four GmbHs with 200 employees at five locations, is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and operates worldwide for producers, investors, authorities, financial institutions and arbitration tribunals.
