Technologies and processable materials
Single-shaft shredding (rotor-stator principle)
Universal shredding of chips, castings, plastics and e-scrap with defined particle sizes by means of under-mounted hole screens.
Two-shaft shredding (rotor shear principle)
Slow-running rotor shears for large quantities of special waste, WEEE, chips and fibrous materials.
Three-shaft shredding with cleaner shaft
Defined shredding of coarse and massive materials without jamming and blocking.
Four-shaft shredder M475
Multi-stage shredding for special applications.
Two-shaft ripper (RM 1350 / RM 1800)
Gentle pre-shredding of electronic scrap, refrigerators and massive aluminium die-cast parts at 1.5 to 5 t/h throughput.
Hammer mills (HA600 / HA800)
Shredding and ballizing of hard-brittle materials such as metal scrap, circuit boards and non-ferrous metals.
Cardboard shredders
Volume reduction and fine shredding of cardboard for extraction into conveyor systems.
Drum chip shredder
Volume reduction of chip nests of all kinds and alloys for downstream centrifuging or briquetting.
Plant engineering and project planning
Customer-specific design of complete recycling plants from consultation to commissioning.
Test center
Material tests under real conditions with documented test reports as the basis for machine dimensioning.
