About PURE LOOP

PURE LOOP is a subsidiary of EREMA Group GmbH headquartered in Ansfelden near Linz, Austria. The company manufactures the ISEC evo regranulation system, an integrated shredder-extruder combination for processing plastic production waste. The systems process heavy, lightweight, bulky and high-tensile-strength materials such as PVC, LDPE stretch film, PE, PP, PA (including glass-fibre-reinforced up to 50 percent) and PET fibres. In addition to the standard version, there is a degassed variant for hygroscopic plastics as well as the ISEC evo FibrePro:IV textile recycling machine with IV-Uptimiser for fibre-to-fibre recycling in output sizes from 450 to 1,350 kg/h. The technology combines a single-shaft shredder with active rotor cooling, a patented double-platen system and a conical transition to the extruder with degassing, fully automatic self-cleaning filtration and pelletising; the DynaShape® automation solution automatically adjusts parameters. Customers come from plastics processing, injection moulding, the fibre and textile industry, the automotive industry as well as geoplastic and artificial turf production. PURE LOOP is DIN ISO 9001 certified and operates test centres in Ansfelden and in Ipswich, MA (USA).
