Erfurt-Gravur is a one-person business run by Holger Rühr, an engraver with over 28 years of experience and a trained mechanical engineer. The workshop in Erfurt produces industrial and precision engravings using modern laser and CNC technology, as well as ring engravings on metal, plastic, glass, leather, slate and other materials. For industrial customers and mechanical engineering, signs are made from aluminium, brass, stainless steel or plastic — including mailbox, door and doorbell signs, front panels, type plates, information and warning signs to DIN standards, and insert signs for Klöckner-Moeller sign holders. Additional services include engraving on trophies, medals and crystal glass, as well as the production of self-inking stamps of the colop and trodat brands and traditional wooden stamps. Engravings are carried out according to customer specifications, including special characters, foreign languages and logos; print data preparation (.cdr, .pdf, .eps) is supported. Customers include Galerie HAGE Meister, NEMA Entertainment GmbH, PSV-Erfurt e.V. and the Kartcenter Erfurt.
