About ergo: elektronik
ergo: elektronik GmbH was founded in 1996 in Ulm and develops, manufactures and supports custom electronics for industrial applications for which no standard solutions exist. The portfolio includes electronics development (schematics, layout, firmware, EMC), SMD and THD assembly from prototypes to recurring small series, device construction for low- and high-voltage power supplies, as well as the construction of electronic test systems and special-purpose equipment. Further process steps are process-controlled cleaning, potting with 1K and 2K casting resins, coating to customer specification, as well as optical, functional and automatic line tests with up to 256 signals in the company's own laboratory. Focus areas are high-voltage and isolation technology, power electronics, and inspection and test system construction, which originated in the former AEG tube factory in Ulm and was taken over from AEG, ALSTOM and AREVA units in 2004. Customers come from aerospace, the semiconductor industry, water treatment, automotive, renewable energies and electromobility. Around 25–30 employees work on approx. 1,300–1,600 m² in Ulm; services such as calibration, repair, maintenance and DGUV V3 inspections round off the offering.
