Services relating to the Machinery Directive
ergo-safe is a service company for technical documentation and machine safety based in Neuhausen ob Eck. The company supports machine manufacturers in preparing all documents for the market surveillance authorities, in particular the standards-compliant preparation of operating instructions in accordance with DIN EN ISO 20607 and risk assessments under the Machinery Directive. Further services include the preparation of verifiable CE conformity documentation, safety-related consulting during planning and design, and standards research. Safety-related parts of machine control systems are evaluated according to DIN EN ISO 13849 using SISTEMA, supplemented by electrical measurements and tests according to EN 60204 such as protective conductor, insulation resistance and voltage tests.
