ErgoPack Deutschland GmbH, headquartered in Lauingen/Donau, develops, manufactures and distributes mobile, ergonomic strapping systems for safely strapping pallets. The heart of the systems is the patented ChainLance, which guides the strapping band around tall pallets without bending – since 1998 the company has designed equipment for this purpose, from the first prototype based on a double-scissor system, to the ErgoPack 300 production model, to the current X-pert Line with touchscreen sealing head. Strapping is done with PP strap, PET strap and composite strap (core diameter 406 or 75 mm). More than 15,000 systems sold in over 60 countries demonstrate the systems' prevalence; customers come from industries such as automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, retail, logistics as well as food and beverages. The company offers free on-site demonstrations, training, spare parts, repair and maintenance.
