Erhard Hippe KG specialises in the production of technical plastics – from standard to high-tech materials. The product portfolio includes semi-finished products such as sheets and plates, tubes with 8–600 mm inner diameter and solid rods with 5–250 mm diameter, which are further processed into precision components. Manufacturing includes sawing, milling, drilling, deep drawing, welding and CNC machining on 5-axis milling machines; in addition, thermoset moulded parts of exceptional quality are produced. In-house product development as well as short production and delivery times with just-in-time delivery complete the range of services. Fields of application include national and international rail vehicle engineering, plant and mechanical engineering as well as power supply and electrical engineering. High-performance and fibre-composite materials also open up new application scenarios.
