Erkol Fill GmbH is a contract filler based in Solingen (North Rhine-Westphalia) specialising in the filling of free-flowing liquids and viscous products. Its service portfolio includes filling, capping, labelling, batch and LOT printing, assembly, picking as well as contract packaging (assembling, copacking, packaging) – from small batches of 500 units up to 500.000 units. Filling is performed in small volumes from 50 µl to 1 ml, bottles from 10 ml to 3.000 ml and canisters from 2,5 l to 5 l, partly in certified ISO cleanrooms. Target industries include cosmetics, cleaning and laundry detergents, biocides, chemical-technical products as well as e-liquids and CBD products, complemented by private-label production and support with formulation, design and brand development. Production takes place on fully automated and semi-automatic filling, capping and labelling systems in accordance with DIN ISO 22716:2008 Cosmetics GMP; bottles and closures are also supplied.
