About ERTL Automation
ERTL Automation from Straubing has been a specialist in mechanical engineering and automation technology since 1994, realizing complex systems for various industries, in particular the automotive, foundry and ceramics industries. The range of services covers mechanical and electrical design, software development with PLC and robot programming, special machinery construction, conveyor technology (chain conveyor systems, SKID conveyor systems) as well as casting technology with automated light-metal die-casting casting cells and spray cooling booths. With a high level of in-house manufacturing depth, machine parts and assemblies for machines and production systems are produced, including welded steel structures up to execution class EXC3 according to EN 1090-2. In addition, control cabinet construction, DMC laser marking of cast parts, commissioning of systems, on-site assembly and service as well as modernization of existing systems are offered. The company has been part of the R. Weiss Group since 2012 and manufactures in the Hafen-Sand industrial area in Straubing with an office building and two production halls.
