About us

Erwin Friedmann Kunststoffwerk GmbH, based in Offenburg, has been processing polyurethane systems (PUR) into technical molded parts since 1977. The manufacturing portfolio comprises PUR rigid foam, PUR integral rigid foam, PUR compact duromer, PUR-RRIM (incl. HS-RRIM and HT-RRIM), PUR-SRIM as well as GRP. Production is carried out with an extensive machine fleet and modern high-pressure foaming machines. In addition, surface finishes are offered, including priming, RAL or special colors, smooth and textured paint as well as conductive paint processing for electromagnetic shielding. Furthermore, the company manufactures complete system units including assembly work such as attaching seals or mounting electrical and mechanical components. Another production area is insulating foam stainless steel parts. Customers are advised as early as the planning phase in order to implement products in a production-appropriate manner. A focus has been on PUR-RIM parts since 1981, especially for the automotive industry. Quality management is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001.
