Erwin Mach Gummitechnik GmbH is an Austrian family business in its third generation, specialising in elastomer processing. The company develops and produces custom rubber moulded parts and moulded rubber articles made from rubber, silicone and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) – from prototypes to series production. Processing is carried out by injection moulding and compression moulding; the required injection and compression moulds are manufactured in the company's own toolmaking department. An in-house mixing plant develops and supplies custom compounds for all common rubber types such as EPDM, NBR and silicone (VMQ/LSR) as well as special types such as FKM, ACM and fluorosilicone. In addition, the company produces 2K parts with two materials in one component and offers downstream processes as well as quality management. Customers come from mechanical engineering, medical technology and electrical engineering; all production is 100 % Made in Austria.
