About ERZI-Flock

ERZI Flock-Technik Applikator GmbH is a European manufacturer of flocked cosmetic applicators for decorative make-up based in Reutlingen. The company develops and produces Flock-Tips for lips, cheeks and concealers – from its own product range to customer-specific applicators, which are flexibly combined from the components plastic, adhesive and flock. Manufacturing takes place entirely in-house: it includes product development and design, mold and equipment construction with a specialization in the smallest and most complex tool cavities, injection molding on ARBURG machines, automatic in-line flocking at two locations, as well as assembly and post-processing. Special machinery construction produces assembly automats, part feeding systems and transport systems; tools for technical parts are also manufactured. In addition to standard products, ERZI offers food-grade applicators with European approval for food contact. Customers come primarily from the cosmetics industry; the family company founded in 1973 is run by the third generation.
