About ES Armaturen

ES Armaturen GmbH, based in Bremen, develops and manufactures hygienic, fully dead-space-free ball valves for the food, pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetics and chemical industries. The ZEROVAL product range includes wafer, compact, through-bore and 3-way ball valves as well as bottom drain ball valves in three designs for nominal sizes from DN 15 to DN 350. All designs are piggeable, CIP/SIP-capable and equipped with FDA-compliant seals; optionally available are jacket heating, pneumatic actuators, flushing connections and position feedback. Manufacturing and final assembly take place 100% in Bremen, including leak testing and documentation of every valve with traceable serial numbers. The company also offers custom designs, special materials and contract manufacturing. In partnership with WE-HA GmbH (pigging technology and plant engineering), the complete process chain from engineering to commissioning is offered. The dead-space-free seat concept of the ZEROVAL-K2H and K3H designs is registered as a utility model with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office.
