ESA Bauunternehmung GmbH was founded in 2003 in Kamp-Lintfort on the left bank of the Lower Rhine by Samir Efendic, who has been active in the construction industry since 1992. The family-run, medium-sized company realizes industrial, commercial, administrative, school and residential buildings as well as hall constructions and healthcare facilities and, according to its own statements, has completed more than 280 projects. Its range of services extends from project development and planning across all service phases from design to construction management, structural and civil engineering, civil engineering and concrete works, earthworks, drainage sewer construction and interior fit-out through to turnkey construction as general contractor. A large proportion of the projects is developed in the company's own planning department; alternatively, execution is carried out based on completed architectural drawings provided by the client. The material used is predominantly concrete in structural and civil engineering. Reference customers include Büsch GmbH, Wirtschaftsbetriebe Duisburg, AWO as well as car dealerships and tax consultancies in the region.
