About ESA Pyronics
ESA S.p.A., headquartered in Curno (Bergamo), has specialised in industrial combustion technology since 1977 and is part of the Italian SIAD Group. The company manufactures 40 burner families – regenerative, recuperative, self-recuperative, oxy-fuel, as well as for pure hydrogen and mixtures – plus certified electronic controls, solenoid valves, regulators, servo motors and fuel skids with automation up to SIL3. ESA does not manufacture furnaces itself, but equips furnaces and heat treatment plants for steel, forging, aluminium, ceramics, glass, the food sector and combustion plants with burner and control systems. At the research centre in Curno, hydrogen burners can be tested in a concrete chamber up to 3 MW. With more than 100 employees, the company invests 5% of annual revenue in research and development and participates in standardisation bodies such as EN ISO 13577.
