ESAS Elektro GmbH is a specialist electrical installation company based in the Baltic seaside resort of Sellin on Rügen. Its range of services covers electrical installations for new builds and conversions for private, commercial and industrial customers, installation bus and lighting technology, KNX building automation, security systems, lighting technology, IT cabling, antenna systems, intercom systems and roller shutter control. In addition, the company offers maintenance and repair of existing electrical installations as well as electrical testing in accordance with the E-Check with documented test results. Reference projects are mainly residential and hotel properties on Rügen and in Warnemünde, including new builds with more than one hundred residential units, underground car parks, renovations of public facilities such as the Mönchguter Local Heritage Museum in Göhren and the Göhren pier, as well as the LED conversion of street lighting in Baabe. The managing director and responsible owner is Helmut Eder; the GmbH is registered under HRB 4823 at the Stralsund Local Court.

Quality and Testing

The testing of existing electrical installations is carried out in accordance with the E-Check; the test results are handed over to the customer as a document and comply with the statutory provisions.
