esb Schweißbetrieb Burbach und Bender is an owner-managed welding specialist company in its second generation, founded in 1972 and based in Siegen-Eisern. The company manufactures welded steel constructions from one-off pieces to series production, among others for mechanical and plant engineering, structural steelwork, conveying technology and the construction industry. A key focus is the kitting/assembly of gas-purging cones, gas-purging sleeves, gas-purging plugs and sheet metal formings for the refractory industry, which is supplied worldwide. Production covers MAG, TIG, manual and robotic welding as well as contract welding, complemented by CNC milling, CNC turning and laser cutting. An in-house quality management system with a CAQ system and a self-developed DFM system for gas flow rate and leak testing ensures process, material and product quality.
